The clinic had the expertise and the clientele. What they lacked was a digital presence that reflected both. Their existing site felt clinical in the wrong sense — transactional, generic, and unable to communicate the standard of care that defined every treatment they delivered.

The aesthetic medicine market is saturated with clinics that look identical online — the same before-and-after grids, the same price lists, the same stock photography. Aurea operated at a different level entirely, but nothing about their digital presence communicated that.
Their target patient — someone who invests seriously in their wellbeing and expects a seamless, private experience — was landing on a site that gave them no reason to stay. Trust was being lost before a single consultation was booked. The brief was to build something that filtered for the right patient and made the decision to book feel effortless.

We approached this as a luxury brand project first and a medical website second. The clinical credibility had to be there — but it had to be delivered through atmosphere, not bullet points.

We restructured the site around the patient journey — from first impression to consultation request. Every page was designed to reduce hesitation and build confidence quietly.

Dark backgrounds, Cormorant Garamond in caps, teal accents, and generous negative space. The visual language communicates exclusivity without being cold — precisely calibrated for a patient who expects nothing less than perfection.
