ClearPath is a European freight and logistics company specializing in full-truckload transport across key trade corridors. With operations spanning 12+ countries, they move time-sensitive cargo for manufacturers, distributors, and enterprise clients who can't afford delays.
They came to Intery Flow with a website that no longer reflected the size of their operation — or the clients they were trying to win.
Services

ClearPath had grown significantly, but their digital presence hadn't kept pace. The existing site was slow, visually dated, and built on a rigid CMS that made basic updates difficult. More critically, it wasn't converting — enterprise procurement teams and freight managers landing on the site had no clear reason to trust them over established competitors. The copy was vague, the structure was flat, and there was no clear path from landing to inquiry. They needed a site that communicated scale, reliability, and operational precision from the first scroll.

We approached ClearPath as a positioning project first, a design project second.
01
We mapped their competitive landscape, interviewed internal stakeholders, and audited the existing site for conversion gaps. The core insight: freight buyers don't need inspiration — they need confidence. Every design and copy decision that followed was grounded in that.
02
We restructured the information architecture around the buyer's journey. Key trust signals — coverage area, insurance, tracking capabilities — were moved up and made scannable. Quote requests were simplified to reduce friction.
03
The design language was built around motion and scale: open road typography, bold typography, and a restrained color palette that signals reliability without being generic. We avoided the visual clichés common in the logistics space.
04
The site was built entirely in Webflow with a clean CMS structure, allowing the ClearPath team to update routes, services, and news without developer involvement.
05
On-page SEO was implemented across all core service and location pages. The site was optimized for Core Web Vitals, achieving sub-2s load times on mobile.
06
We ran a two-week post-launch review, monitoring heatmaps and entry/exit data to refine CTAs and page hierarchy before handoff.

ClearPath launched with a digital presence that finally matched the scale of their operation. Within weeks, the impact was visible across every metric that mattered — more qualified inbound traffic, faster page performance, and a site their commercial team could confidently put in front of enterprise clients.

"We'd outgrown our old site without realizing how much it was holding us back. Intery Flow understood the logistics industry quickly and built something that actually works for the clients we're trying to reach."
We don't treat logistics clients like tech startups. ClearPath needed clarity and credibility, not animation for its own sake. We worked closely with their commercial and operations teams throughout the project — validating decisions against real buyer behavior, not assumptions. The result is a site that functions as a sales asset, not just a digital brochure.
We mapped the buyer profile, the competitive landscape, and the emotional triggers that drive decisions at this price point. Every subsequent choice — visual, structural, verbal — came from this phase.
Villa Lumina needed a visual language that felt as considered as the architecture itself. We developed a restrained palette, editorial typography, and a photography approach that prioritised atmosphere over specification.
