The clinic operates at the premium end of the market, offering implantology, smile design, and advanced diagnostics to patients who expect more than a waiting room and a drill.
When Lumos approached us, they had the expertise, the team, and the facilities. What they lacked was a digital presence that matched. Their existing online footprint undersold them — generic, forgettable, and unable to distinguish them in a saturated local market. Our task was to build something that closed that gap entirely.

Lumos was losing at that moment. Their visual identity lacked consistency, their copy was clinical without being reassuring, and their site offered no clear path to book. Lumos had an opportunity to own a warmer, more human positioning while retaining a premium aesthetic. Every design and copy decision that followed flowed from this strategic foundation.

We restructured the site's information hierarchy around a single goal: moving a hesitant visitor toward a booked appointment. Every page was mapped to a stage in the patient's decision journey. We reduced friction at key drop-off points, introduced social proof at moments of hesitation, and built a booking flow that takes under 90 seconds to complete.

We developed a visual language rooted in calm confidence — soft neutrals, deliberate whitespace, and typography that communicates precision without coldness. Each service page was designed to educate and reassure simultaneously, with imagery that shows real outcomes rather than stock-photo smiles. The result is a brand that looks like what it actually is: a serious clinic that also understands its patients.

We built the entire site in Webflow — fast-loading, fully responsive, and built for a non-technical team to manage independently. The CMS was structured so the Lumos team can publish new treatments, team members, and testimonials without touching a single line of code. We also integrated their booking system and configured basic on-page SEO across all service and location pages.
