
Maison Dorée is a boutique luxury hotel positioned at the intersection of heritage architecture and contemporary hospitality. With properties that attract discerning travelers seeking privacy, service, and atmosphere, the brand needed a digital presence worthy of the experience they deliver.
They came to Intery Flow with a site that underperformed on every level — slow, visually dated, and impossible to manage internally. The goal was to build something that converted browsers into guests while reflecting the true character of the hotel.

Luxury hospitality is one of the most visually competitive spaces online. Maison Dorée had the product — the rooms, the atmosphere, the service — but a website that failed to communicate any of it. The booking flow was clunky, mobile performance was poor, and the visual language felt closer to a mid-range chain than a boutique property. The deeper issue was trust: high-value guests make decisions based on how a hotel presents itself digitally before they ever make a reservation.

We reviewed the competitive landscape across boutique luxury hotels, mapped the guest journey from first search to booking confirmation, and identified exactly where the existing site was losing potential guests.

We restructured the site around the booking decision — surfacing rooms, atmosphere, and experience before anything else. Friction was removed at every step.

The design language was built around warmth, restraint, and quality. Cormorant Garamond, generous white space, and a gold accent palette were chosen to reflect the hotel's character without overstating it.

Built entirely in Webflow with a fully editable CMS — the hotel team can update room availability, seasonal offers, and content independently without developer support.

Page structure, metadata, and image optimization were handled from the ground up. The site loads fast and is structured to capture organic search traffic from high-intent travelers.

Post-launch we tracked booking flow behavior and refined CTA placement and room page structure based on real guest interaction data.
